Lobo Tortilla Factory, Inc. is a manufacturer of flour tortillas, corn tortillas (fresh and corn flour) and pre-cut corn chips. Lobo began commercial operations in January 2005 in its state-of-the-art 127,000 square foot facility. Today, the Dallas, Texas based company is one of the most advanced independent tortilla factories in the country.
